Canyoning in mount Olympus

The gorge of Orlias is located in Olympus, only one hour from Thessaloniki, in a landscape of amazing beauty.

The canyon will take you through water slides, rappels and diving into crystal pedestals, offering a unique experience.

The activity is aimed at all levels and no previous experience is needed. A relatively good physical condition, knowledge of basic swimming and lack of fear of heights are sufficient.

Descent into one of the most beautiful gorges of Olympus! Beautiful waterfalls, blue-green pedestals and water slides. The lower part of Araplakos is ideal for getting to know canyonig. The activity is aimed at all levels and no previous experience is needed.

Papa Remas Gorge is located in Olympus, only an hour from Thessaloniki, in a landscape of stunning beauty. The gorge will take you on a journey through water slides, rappels and dives into crystal-clear cliffs, offering a unique experience. For this activity, a relatively good physical condition, knowledge of basic swimming and lack of fear of heights are required.

A neoprene suit, safety belt and helmet are provided. You should bring with you: a swimsuit and towel, a pair of non-slip shoes to walk in the water, optionally an isothermal T-shirt, a bottle of bottled water, a snack and your smile! Duration of the canyon descent 5 and a half to 6 hours. It will be preceded by a short demonstration of techniques by our experienced staff.
